Wastewater
The main task of our company is to provide our clients with high-quality and reliable services related to the installation of sewage treatment plants. Wastewater treatment itself is a process designed to remove pollutants in wastewater. It consists of chemical, physical and biological processes that remove biogenic, organic pollutants or suspended solids from wastewater. There are several stages of wastewater treatment: pre-treatment (the purpose is to remove coarse sediment or floating substances such as grease, sand or fat), primary, secondary and tertiary treatment, and treating the sludge produced by wastewater treatment.
People usually choose to install a wastewater treatment plant in places where there is no possibility of connecting to a centralized sewage system.
Installing a wastewater treatment system will:
- Save your money.
- Protect nature from pollution.
- Provide extra water for irrigation.
- Be cheaper to run.
- Not damage your backyard infrastructure.
If you want to install a wastewater treatment system, it is very important to make an accurate assessment of the situation, choose the right facility for you, and find the right professionals to install it.
There are three main types of wastewater treatment plants:
Domestic wastewater treatment plants
What sets domestic wastewater treatment equipment apart is its inherent next-generation sewerage system, which allows you to forget about the hassle of sanitation or other sewer maintenance. Domestic wastewater treatment plants allow you to treat wastewater (e.g. municipal, domestic, stormwater, slurry, industrial, etc.) from kitchens, washrooms, laundries, baths, toilets, etc., up to 97%, which means that both sludge and various chemicals are separated from the wastewater, and that the water discharged from such equipment is technical water, which can be used for car washing, road washing, watering of flowers, lawns, or for returning it to the household (in the toilet tank).
Biological wastewater treatment plants
Biological wastewater treatment equipment has recently become an increasingly popular way of treating domestic wastewater. Such wastewater treatment plants are designed to treat wastewater from bathrooms, toilets or kitchens that is free of environmentally harmful chemicals. The treated wastewater is transformed in the biological treatment plant into water, which reaches the natural environment in one way or another (the water can be discharged into wells or water bodies, which are then absorbed by the ground, or discharged into designated wetlands or ditches). Biological wastewater treatment plants are non-destructive and resilient, easy and low-maintenance to operate and consume little electricity. The wastewater treated by these plants is completely environmentally friendly, meets all environmental requirements and can therefore be discharged into the environment without any problems.
Biochemical wastewater treatment plants
Biochemical wastewater treatment equipment is typically one of the least maintenance-intensive on the market. This type of equipment is designed to treat all the domestic wastewater in a private house. The treatment principle of this type of plant is based on batch treatment technology, a sludge process and chemical phosphorus precipitation. At the end of the treatment process, the treated water is discharged into nearby open ditches, canals or wells. Such plants also have “holiday mode” functions, making them suitable for use in holiday resorts.
How to choose the right wastewater treatment plant for you?
There is a wide choice of these devices in Lithuania, and although the principle of operation is similar, if the device has all the necessary certificates, it will treat the wastewater properly.
